In early 2010, Daniel Abbott and his friend / fellow Yoga Instructor, Anya Castellano, opened The Center For Letting Go, located at 13 W River Rd in Rumson, NJ.

Funded primarily by donation, their mission is to provide a comfortable space for people of all income levels to find lasting freedom from the experience of stress, sadness, or anxiety--- so that life may be lived with radiance, fearlessness, humor, and an open heart.

 At The Center For Letting Go, Daniel offers:

---Private Facilitation of Transformative Inquiry (The Work of Byron Katie combined with the option of Yoga) for groups of 1 to 3 people at a time
---Private Yoga sessions for groups of 1 to 3 people at a time

---Private Yoga Nidra sessions for 1 to 3 people at a time.
